Wayne has 15 years of experience at Arizona State University. He was responsible for the development and maintenance of web applications used by the 72,000 faculty, staff and students for research administration, finding grants, employee training, event registration, dynamic online forms, and data security. He incorporates his M.B.A. and Visual Communications degrees to articulate requirements to technical/non-technical teams and enhance the user experience (UX) of projects. Wayne is a consultant for the Medical Marijuana program within the Nevada Department of Health and Human Services and provides development services to streamline the employee application and background review process. A member of the Navajo Nation, he encourages multicultural understanding and a culture of inclusion.

Wayne’s expertise is in the latest web technologies. Works within an interdisciplinary team creating user information solutions by developing, implementing, and maintaining web applications while assisting with the leading and mentoring of Jr team members. Some of the task associate with this role are integrating with third-party APIs, customizing Web Apps to support specific functionality, building out responsive layouts, front-end web development and staying plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities.
