Jose has his Masters of Engineering from ASU. He is adept at delivering WinForms and ASP.NET solutions to enterprise clients as well as Xamarin + Azure based mobile solutions. He has created a myriad of WCF services, Web Api Services and Odata Services, for application extensibility, interoperability and schema exposure respectively. His toolbox is vast and consist of Microsoft Visual Studio, SOAP UI, Navicat, and Microsoft SQL Server. Programming: C#, C, C++, ASP.NET MVC 5, JavaScript, jQuery, Python, Assembly Languages, Java, PHP, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, DevExpress XAF, WPF, Azure. Operating Systems: UNIX, Linux and Microsoft OS. His use of agile development methodology, specifically Scrum, and the efficient application of them has led to increased efficiencies and high client satisfaction.

This position is a mix of contributing directly to projects as a member of the development team as well as managing several of our front-end and/or backend developers and providing technical leadership for projects. Jose will communicate directly with clients, project managers, and other team members to understand requirements, provide technical leadership and guidance, and help solve problems to keep projects moving.
